تواصلت الأزمة القانونية بين الفنانة هيفاء وهبي ونقابة المهن الموسيقية في مصر، بعد تطورات قضائية جديدة تتعلق بقرار منعها من الغناء داخل البلاد.
وقضت المحكمة الإدارية العليا، اليوم (الإثنين) برفض الطعن المقام من نقابة المهن الموسيقية وتأييد حكم أول درجة بإلغاء قرارهم بمنع إعطاء التصاريح للفنانة هيفاء وهبي للغناء في مصر.
وبحسب تفاصيل الطعن، طالب مقدمه بإلغاء حكم محكمة القضاء الإداري الصادر في ديسمبر 2025، والعودة إلى القرار السابق الخاص بمنع الفنانة اللبنانية من الحصول على تصاريح للغناء، مؤكدًا أن النزاع لا يزال قائمًا أمام القضاء الإداري ولم يُحسم بشكل نهائي حتى الآن.
من جانبه، أكد دفاع هيفاء وهبي أن الحكم الصادر لصالح موكلته يتيح لها الغناء داخل مصر بصورة قانونية، موضحًا أن الطعن أمام المحكمة الإدارية العليا لا يوقف تنفيذ الحكم تلقائيًا، إلا إذا أصدرت المحكمة قرارًا بذلك.
وتعود الأزمة إلى قرار أصدرته نقابة المهن الموسيقية برئاسة الفنان مصطفى كامل خلال عام 2025 بمنع هيفاء وهبي من الغناء، على خلفية شكوى تقدم بها مدير أعمالها السابق خالد التهامي، متهمًا إياها بالإساءة والإخلال ببنود تعاقدية، وهو ما أدى إلى وقف منحها تصاريح لإحياء الحفلات داخل مصر.
وفي المقابل، لجأت هيفاء وهبي إلى القضاء الإداري للطعن على قرار النقابة، قبل أن تحصل على حكم بإلغائه والسماح لها بمزاولة نشاطها الفني مجددًا داخل مصر، الأمر الذي أثار جدلًا واسعًا بين جمهورها ورواد مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي.
كما كشفت تقارير إعلامية أخيرا عن استعداد هيفاء وهبي للعودة إلى مصر واستئناف نشاطها الفني، بالتزامن مع استمرار الإجراءات القضائية المتعلقة بالطعن المقام ضد الحكم الصادر لصالحها.
The legal crisis between the artist Haifa Wehbe and the Musicians Syndicate in Egypt continues, following new judicial developments related to the decision to ban her from singing within the country.
Today (Monday), the Supreme Administrative Court ruled to reject the appeal filed by the Musicians Syndicate and upheld the first-instance ruling to cancel their decision to prevent Haifa Wehbe from obtaining permits to sing in Egypt.
According to the details of the appeal, its submitter requested the annulment of the ruling issued by the Administrative Judiciary Court in December 2025, and a return to the previous decision regarding the ban on the Lebanese artist from obtaining permits to sing, asserting that the dispute is still ongoing before the administrative judiciary and has not been definitively resolved yet.
For its part, Haifa Wehbe’s defense confirmed that the ruling issued in favor of their client allows her to sing legally in Egypt, explaining that the appeal before the Supreme Administrative Court does not automatically suspend the execution of the ruling unless the court issues a decision to that effect.
The crisis dates back to a decision issued by the Musicians Syndicate, headed by artist Mustafa Kamel, in 2025, banning Haifa Wehbe from singing, following a complaint filed by her former manager Khaled El-Tahamy, accusing her of misconduct and breaching contractual terms, which led to the suspension of granting her permits to hold concerts in Egypt.
In response, Haifa Wehbe resorted to the administrative judiciary to appeal the Syndicate’s decision, before obtaining a ruling to annul it and allow her to resume her artistic activities in Egypt, a matter that sparked widespread controversy among her fans and social media users.
Recent media reports have also revealed Haifa Wehbe’s readiness to return to Egypt and resume her artistic activities, coinciding with the ongoing judicial procedures related to the appeal filed against the ruling issued in her favor.
