وأوضح المحامي خالد الراشد، الممثل القانوني لـ «أم سوزان» في بيان رسمي، أن الراحلة لم تترك أي وصية لتوجيه جزء من تركتها إلى أعمال خيرية، مشيراً إلى أن التركة جرى حصرها وتوزيعها رسمياً وفق القانون الكويتي وأحكام الشريعة الإسلامية.
تحذير من الذكاء الاصطناعي
وحذّرت الأسرة من مقاطع ولقاءات قديمة للفنانة يتم تداولها بعد اجتزائها وإعادة تقديمها بطريقة توحي بأنها وصية جديدة، إلى جانب استخدام تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تعديل صورها أو إنتاج مواد تحمل اسمها.
وطالبت الأسرة الجمهور ووسائل الإعلام بعدم الانسياق وراء أي دعوات للتبرع باسم حياة الفهد أو استغلال صورتها في جمع الأموال أو تنظيم فعاليات وإنتاج أعمال عنها دون تصريح رسمي، مؤكدة أنها تحتفظ بحقها في اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية ضد المخالف.

يشار إلى أن حياة الفهد رحلت في 21 أبريل 2026 عن عمر 78 عاماً، بعد تعرضها لوعكة صحية ومضاعفات إثر جلطة دماغية، تاركة خلفها إرثاً فنياً حافلاً بالعديد من الأعمال التي رسخت مكانتها في الدراما الخليجية.
