ألقت شرطة مكافحة المخدرات القبض على الشاعر المصري وليد الغزالي في منطقة القاهرة الجديدة، على خلفية اتهامه بحيازة مواد مخدرة، في واقعة أثارت جدلاً واسعاً خلال الساعات الماضية، فيما باشرت الجهات المختصة إجراءات التحقيق للوقوف على ملابسات القضية.

وبحسب المعلومات المتداولة بشأن الواقعة، عثرت الأجهزة الأمنية بحوزة وليد الغزالي على نحو 60 كيساً يشتبه في احتوائها على مادة الكوكايين، قبل اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة، وبدء التحقيقات للكشف عن تفاصيل الواقعة وتحديد المسؤوليات وفقاً لما تسفر عنه الإجراءات الرسمية.
محامي الشاعر: لم يصدر حكم قضائي حتى الآن
ومن جانبه، خرج المحامي مصطفى مجدي الذي يتولى مهمة محامي الدفاع عن وليد الغزالي في القضية، مؤكداً أن الملف لا يزال أمام جهات التحقيق ولم تحسم تفاصيله قانونياً.
وشدد المحامي على أنه لم يصدر حتى الآن أي حكم قضائي بحق موكله، مؤكداً ضرورة عدم استباق نتائج التحقيقات أو إصدار أحكام مسبقة، في انتظار ما ستكشف عنه الإجراءات القانونية.
كما أكد مصطفى مجدي ثقته في مؤسسات العدالة، موضحاً أنه سيتولى اتخاذ جميع الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة للدفاع عن موكله، وفقاً لما يكفله القانون.
ملحنون نفوا علاقتهم بالقضية
وسبق الكشف عن اسم الشاعر المتهم حالة من التكهنات على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي حول هوية الشخص الذي ألقي القبض عليه، وهو ما دفع عدداً من الملحنين إلى نفي صلتهم بالواقعة.
وكان من بين الأسماء التي أوضحت موقفها عزيز الشافعي، ووليد سعد، وحسن الشافعي، إلى جانب أسماء أخرى، قبل الإعلان عن هوية الشاعر المقبوض عليه.

The lawyer emphasized that no judicial ruling has been issued against his client so far, stressing the importance of not preempting the results of the investigations or issuing premature judgments, while waiting for what the legal procedures will reveal.
Mustafa Magdy also expressed his confidence in the justice institutions, explaining that he will take all necessary legal actions to defend his client, as guaranteed by law.

Among the names that clarified their positions were Aziz Al-Shafii, Walid Saad, and Hassan Al-Shafii, along with other names, before the identity of the arrested poet was announced.
