عاد النزاع المالي بين الفنانين المصريين أحمد عز وزينة إلى الواجهة من جديد، مع استمرار نظر دعوى متجمد أجر الخادم أمام محكمة الأسرة، بعدما سدد عز جزءًا من المبلغ المطالب به، فيما أرجأت المحكمة الفصل في القضية لإتاحة الفرصة لاستكمال سداد المستحقات المتبقية.
وسدد أحمد عز 80 ألف جنيه من إجمالي 180 ألف جنيه تطالب بها زينة، قيمة متجمد أجر خادم عن 10 أشهر سابقة، فيما قررت محكمة الأسرة تأجيل نظر الدعوى إلى جلسة 17 نوفمبر المقبل، لمتابعة استكمال سداد المبلغ المتبقي، والبالغ 100 ألف جنيه.
تسوية سابقة لم تنه الخلاف
وتأتي الدعوى الجديدة ضمن سلسلة من النزاعات القضائية والمالية بين الطرفين، إذ سبق أن قضت محكمة الأسرة بانقضاء دعوى حبس أقامتها زينة ضد عز، عقب التصالح بينهما بعد سداده 570 ألف جنيه، قيمة متجمد أجر خادم عن ثلاث سنوات سابقة.
ورغم تسوية تلك القضية، لا تزال الخلافات المالية بين الفنانين مستمرة، مع مواصلة نظر دعاوى أخرى تتعلق بالمستحقات محل النزاع.
زينة تكشف سبب تراجعها
وفي سياق متصل، تحدثت زينة عن أسباب تراجعها عن استكمال إجراءات تنفيذ حكم سابق بحبس أحمد عز لمدة ثلاث سنوات، وذلك خلال ظهورها في بودكاست «قصتي» مع الإعلامي محمد قيس.
وأوضحت أنها قررت عدم مواصلة الإجراءات القانونية خلال مرحلة الاستئناف، بعد نصيحة من والدتها، التي حذرتها من التأثير النفسي المحتمل لسجن والد أبنائها على الأطفال، وانعكاس ذلك على علاقتهم بها مستقبلًا.
ونقلت زينة عن والدتها قولها: «ولادك مش هيسامحوكي لو سجنتيه»، مشيرة إلى أن قرارها لم يكن نابعًا من رغبة في إدخال عز إلى السجن، بقدر ما كان مرتبطًا بالدفاع عن نفسها والرد على ما قالت إنها اتهامات وُجهت إليها، من بينها التزوير والسرقة.
وأضافت أنها كانت تعتزم التنازل عن تنفيذ العقوبة في نهاية المطاف، حتى لو استمرت الإجراءات القضائية.
The financial dispute between Egyptian artists Ahmed Ezz and Zeina has resurfaced, as the case regarding the frozen salary of the servant continues to be heard in the Family Court. Ezz has paid part of the amount claimed, while the court has postponed the ruling in the case to allow for the completion of the remaining payments.
Ahmed Ezz has paid 80,000 Egyptian pounds of the total 180,000 pounds claimed by Zeina, which represents the frozen salary of the servant for the previous 10 months. The Family Court has decided to postpone the hearing of the case to the session on November 17, to follow up on the completion of the remaining amount, which is 100,000 pounds.
Previous Settlement Did Not End the Dispute
This new lawsuit is part of a series of legal and financial disputes between the two parties, as the Family Court had previously ruled to dismiss a lawsuit for imprisonment that Zeina filed against Ezz, following a reconciliation between them after he paid 570,000 pounds, the value of the frozen salary of the servant for the previous three years.
Despite the settlement of that case, financial disputes between the artists continue, with other lawsuits related to the disputed entitlements still being heard.
Zeina Reveals the Reason for Her Withdrawal
In this context, Zeina spoke about the reasons for her withdrawal from completing the procedures to enforce a previous ruling to imprison Ahmed Ezz for three years, during her appearance on the podcast “My Story” with journalist Mohamed Qais.
She explained that she decided not to continue the legal procedures during the appeal stage, following advice from her mother, who warned her about the potential psychological impact of imprisoning the father of her children on the kids, and how that might affect their relationship with her in the future.
Zeina quoted her mother as saying, “Your kids won’t forgive you if you imprison him,” indicating that her decision was not driven by a desire to put Ezz in jail, but rather related to defending herself and responding to what she said were accusations directed at her, including forgery and theft.
She added that she intended to ultimately waive the enforcement of the penalty, even if the legal proceedings continued.
