Here is what we know:
– Landfall near Pensacola Beach is expected around 9 PM Eastern.
– Winds are over 100 mph, with a 9-foot storm surge.
– Mandatory evacuations have been in place for two days.
– Tornadoes and flash flooding are moving into Alabama and Georgia overnight.
Emergency crews can’t go out in these winds. If you are on the Gulf Coast, stay inside.
