قلّد أمير منطقة نجران الأمير جلوي بن عبدالعزيز بن مساعد، في مكتبه بالإمارة، مدير إدارة السجون بالمنطقة اللواء عبدالله بن خلف العتيبي، رتبته الجديدة، عقب صدور الأمر السامي الكريم بترقيته إلى رتبة لواء.
وهنأ أمير منطقة نجران اللواء العتيبي بهذه المناسبة، متمنياً له التوفيق والعون في أداء مهامه وخدمة الدين ثم الملك والوطن.
من جانبه، أعرب مدير إدارة السجون بالمنطقة عن شكره وتقديره لأمير نجران، مؤكداً حرصه على مواصلة العطاء وبذل المزيد من الجهد والإخلاص في أداء مهامه وخدمة الوطن.
The Emir of Najran, Prince Jalwa bin Abdulaziz bin Musaid, awarded the new rank to the Director of the Prisons Administration in the region, Major General Abdullah bin Khalaf Al-Otaibi, in his office at the emirate, following the issuance of the royal decree promoting him to the rank of Major General.
The Emir of Najran congratulated Major General Al-Otaibi on this occasion, wishing him success and assistance in performing his duties and serving the religion, then the king and the homeland.
For his part, the Director of the Prisons Administration in the region expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the Emir of Najran, affirming his commitment to continue giving and exerting more effort and dedication in performing his duties and serving the homeland.
