اختتم مجلس المنطقة الشرقية للمسؤولية الاجتماعية (أبصر)، أمس (الثلاثاء)، النسخة السادسة من مشروع التطوير المهني للموارد البشرية في القطاع غير الربحي (تمهين)، برعاية وحضور رئيسة مجلس الأمناء الأميرة عبير بنت فيصل بن تركي آل سعود، وبمشاركة عدد من الجهات الداعمة والشريكة.
وأكدت الأميرة عبير أن المشروع ينسجم مع مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030 في تنمية القدرات الوطنية وتمكين القطاع غير الربحي، مشيرة إلى أن «تمهين» أسهم في تطوير الكفاءات المهنية والقيادية للعاملين في القطاع عبر رحلة تدريبية استمرت ستة أشهر.
من جانبه، أشاد رئيس جامعة الإمام عبدالرحمن بن فيصل الدكتور فهد بن أحمد الحربي بالمشروع، مؤكداً أنه يعكس أهمية الشراكة بين الجامعة والقطاع غير الربحي في إعداد الكفاءات الوطنية وتعزيز الأثر المجتمعي.
وشهدت النسخة السادسة تنفيذ 14 دورة تدريبية بإجمالي 56 ساعة، استفاد منها 300 متدرب ومتدربة يمثلون 39 جهة، بمشاركة 15 مدرباً ومدربة، وبالتعاون مع 10 من شركاء النجاح.
The Eastern Province Council for Social Responsibility (Absir) concluded yesterday (Tuesday) the sixth edition of the professional development project for human resources in the non-profit sector (Tamheen), under the patronage and attendance of the Chairwoman of the Board of Trustees, Princess Abeer bint Faisal bin Turki Al Saud, with the participation of several supporting and partnering entities.
Princess Abeer confirmed that the project aligns with the objectives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 in developing national capabilities and empowering the non-profit sector, noting that “Tamheen” has contributed to the development of professional and leadership competencies for workers in the sector through a training journey that lasted six months.
For his part, the President of Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal University, Dr. Fahd bin Ahmed Al-Harbi, praised the project, affirming that it reflects the importance of partnership between the university and the non-profit sector in preparing national competencies and enhancing community impact.
The sixth edition witnessed the implementation of 14 training courses totaling 56 hours, benefiting 300 male and female trainees representing 39 entities, with the participation of 15 trainers and in collaboration with 10 success partners.
